The Branchburg Baseball Club has set up 9 winter training clinics at BSC in March for boys and girls registered to play in the 2018 In-Town Rookie, Minors and American divisions (Grades Pre-K to 4th).  All clinics will be led by BSC instructors.  The clinics will focus on hitting, throwing, base running, and fielding and will be a good way for the players to improve their baseball skills before the spring season begins in April. 

Here is the list of clinics, all on Sundays at BSC:

Clinic 1:   March 4, 2018:  1:00 to 2:00pm   Rookie (Pre-K & K)

Clinic 2:   March 4, 2018:  2:00 to 3:00pm   Minor (1st & 2nd Grade)

Clinic 3:   March 4, 2018:  3:00 to 4:00pm   American (3rd & 4th Grade)

Clinic 4:   March 11, 2018:  1:00 to 2:00pm   Rookie (Pre-K & K)

Clinic 5:   March 11, 2018:  2:00 to 3:00pm   Minor (1st & 2nd Grade)

Clinic 6:   March 11, 2018:  3:00 to 4:00pm   American (3rd & 4th Grade)

Clinic 7:   March 18, 2018:  1:00 to 2:00pm   Rookie (Pre-K & K)

Clinic 8:   March 18, 2018:  2:00 to 3:00pm   Minor (1st & 2nd Grade)

Clinic 9:   March 18, 2018:  3:00 to 4:00pm   American (3rd & 4th Grade)

The cost for these clinics is included in the BBC In-Town baseball registration.  Registration is now available on the BBC website CLICK HERE.  All players must be registered to play baseball for the 2018 rec season before they can attend a clinic.   Space will be limited to 25 players per session, so plan to register early.   Players should arrive 10 to 15 minutes before each session.  Wear baseball attire and sneakers (no cleats).  Bring personal equipment (glove, bat, batting helmet, etc.).

Winter Softball Clinics have been setup again at Branchburg Sports Complex in January, February, and March to teach the girls key softball fundamentals.   Clinics will focus on fielding/throwing/hitting and baserunning.     Below is the list of clinics:

Girls in 3rd-8th grade can sign up for two fielding/throwing Clinics.   Girls in 4th-8th grade can sign up for one batting cage clinic.   Girls in 1st-2nd can sign up for one 1st-2nd grade clinic.     There is no cost for each clinic, however girls must be registered for the 2018 season to attend the clinics.
